Design your Pilgrimage

If you have a group that would like to make a pilgrimage to Ireland using the structure provided by the St. Ignatius Antiochian Orthodox Church we will be happy to assist you. The minimum number for a pilgrimage is ten, the maximum depends on the places you wish to visit. Some places, such as Inis Mor in the Aran islands cannot easily accommodate large groups.

In the past the pilgrimages from the United States have been in May. This is because it is a lower cost time to travel than summer, but has unfortunately excluded families with school age children. We have been contacted by people with children who would prefer travelling in the summer. With a little bit of organizing these families could come together to make a group large enough for a pilgrimage.

In is our desire to have the prospective pilgrims involved in the planning stages of these pilgrimages, so please don't wait for a new pilgrimage to be announced before making yourself, and your wishes and requirements know to us.
